Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders, business and personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear). When you pay by credit card or PayPal, we receive nearly immediate notification, if your payment is approved. As soon as we receive notification of payment approval, we begin processing your order right away. If you pay by money order or personal check, we will begin processing your order as soon as we can confirm with our bank that the money order or check has cleared processing. If there is a problem with your payment, we will notify you by email.Secure Checkout: In today's world, for better or worse, security issues are at the forefront of our thoughts. Our Checkout uses GeoTrust QuickSSL which provides 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. You can rest assured that communications between your browser and our site are private and secure. Shipping Charges and Sales Tax. Shipping charges will be added
to your order during the checkout process. For orders to be shipped to
customers in Mississippi (only), 7% sales tax will be calculated and
added to your order during checkout. Shipping Time. Most orders will be processed the same business
day and shipped out by the next business day. The time needed to
ship merchandise can sometimes vary depending on seasonal and daily
volumes and when we receive your payment (see above regarding Accepted
Methods of Payment). When your order ships out, you will receive an
email message that includes tracking information. Customers should
expect a 3-5 day delivery
time for FedEx or UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail shipments. If you

Merchandise will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground Service where possible. Small items weighing less than 2 pounds, parts-only orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will normally be sent by USPS Priority Mail. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Most orders are shipped with delivery signature required unless you notify us (immediately following checkout) that you do not want delivery signature required and you accept the liability, should the shipment happen to be stolen after it is delivered. To notify us, complete the form on our Contact Us page. International Orders: RC Planes and Copters does not ship to international destinations. We do ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Return Merchandise Policy. We want to provide you with great customer service and correct any problems as quickly as possible, so please read carefully before taking any steps to return merchandise. For products damaged in transit, please see Damaged Shipments below. For returns due to product defects, see Manufacturers Defects below. For all other returns, see Un-Damaged Merchandise Returns below. Damaged Shipments. Our products are carefully packaged and are normally delivered in perfect condition. If your product happens to be damaged in shipping however, the damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If packages are missing or damaged, point this out to the delivery person before they leave and note this on the delivery slip. They should explain what happens next to get the problem corrected. If you notice damage after the driver has left, contact us immediately by completing the form on our Contact Us page or send an email message to Support@RcPlanesandCopters.com and we will contact the shipping carrier for you. Keep all packaging and paperwork. Do not return the item to RC Planes and Copters, as the shipping company must have the opportunity to establish a claim and they may want to come back and inspect the damage. If the shipping carrier cannot verify that there is a covered loss because you have returned the item to RC Planes and Copters or its condition of receipt has been compromised, we reserve the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price. The manufacturers of the products we sell develop products of the highest quality and craftsmanship, but a defect may occasionally pass through the manufacturer's quality control system. Not to worry! Our manufacturers stand behind their products 100% and they request that you contact them directly with any operational problems. If you receive your radio control product and it appears to be defective, please do not return the product to RC Planes and Copters. If you return it to us, you will Void the Product's Warranty. You must contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty contact information included in your product's packaging. Un-Damaged Merchandise Returns. You may return most items purchased at RC Planes and Copters within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping). RC Planes and Copters does not pay return shipping costs for voluntary returns. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. For returns due to damage or defects, see above (Damaged Shipments or Manufacturers Defects). The following conditions apply to all other returns (not due to damage or defects):

Do Not Refuse Delivery of Any Order. If you do, it may be returned to the shipping warehouse or manufacturer resulting in delays and additional shipping charges incurred by you. Instead, accept the order and contact us as described above.There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for refused or returned deliveries, which will be deducted from your refund. Failure to pick up an item from the carrier or to be present for delivery also constitutes refusal of delivery as unclaimed/undelivered items are often returned to RC Planes and Copters, which could result in additional shipping charges incurred by you. Limit of Liability. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. |
