Designed, constructed and styled with one aim in mind . . . performance!

The sleek delta-wing design and careful use of the fuselage allows the Squall to explore its entire speed envelope with control and stability. Even the surface finish has been optimized to enhance performance by keeping it as smooth as possible and small fairings are provided for each servo. The powerful elevons can roll the Squall at an amazing rate (aka a blurr!) and the ability to loop in its own length has to be seen to be believed. The added dimension of a rudder on the Squall opens up the possibility of some radical maneuvers in yaw too.

Then there's the speed! The completely new fan unit with a 5- blade 64mm impeller, 3800kv outrunner motor and a new 40A ESC deliver thrust at an amazing rate and power the Squall through some of the widest loops and wing-overs you can imagine. It really is that good! It is recommended that you use a 2500mAh 30C battery (Impulse) as a minimum so that battery life is maintained when you're having that much fun. You might need more than one pack though, as the Squall is addictive!

There is an optional Vectored Thrust unit. Now that really does make things radical and requires a new set of skills and understanding of the flight envelope available.  The Squall's also available in the 4 cell High performance version

Note that the manual states 20C-rated batteries, which will work fine. However, for best performance we recommend 30C packs.
